I’m Sergio Carreño, a Software Engineer and Industrial Engineer, with over 20 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, and cloud platforms.

I currently work as a Technical Lead, focusing on the design, modernization, and technical leadership of scalable systems, as well as guiding engineering teams in complex environments. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across industries such as finance, automotive, retail, and e-commerce, participating in both corporate environments and high-impact technology projects.

My experience spans backend development and distributed systems, cloud migration processes, platform modernization, and technical leadership roles — including guiding and supporting engineering teams during periods of growth and change.
